About Danielle Simmons

Danielle Simmons is a seasoned PR professional with 15+ years’ experience working with clients in the consumer, technology, and health care markets. She has significant experience working with digital lifestyle, online media, consumer health and digital health clients, has a strong track record developing communications programs for social issues focused non-profit organizations, and significant experience developing programs for consumer audiences that include youth, women, moms/parents, caregivers, and seniors. She is currently Vice President, Consumer Health and Wellness in Edelman’s San Francisco office, responsible for the strategic and creative development of health, wellness, food and lifestyle clients. A Bay Area native, Danielle holds a bachelor's degree in English Literature from the University of the Pacific, with an emphasis in public relations.
